On August 20th , China Decor held the Summary Meeting for July and Work Plan Meeting for August at the training room on F2. The management team and core team members attended the meeting and Kang Jie, Director of the Joint Office, presided over the meeting.
During the meeting, heads of departments reported on the progress of the major initiatives of their departments, for which corresponding comments were made on specific issues that required attention. Discussions were also held on reasonable proposals presented by each department as well as matters that needed corporate decision, to ensure that responsibility was assumed by the right person and everything proceeded in an orderly fashion.
